Refund Policy

Our refund promise

We want you to feel good about supporting Halfsies. You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the paid features haven’t been used. Because supporter contributions don’t currently unlock any paid features, eligible contributions made within 30 days can be refunded on request. If a future paid feature is introduced and you’ve already used it, that purchase may not be eligible.

Recurring support

For monthly or yearly recurring support, you can cancel anytime from Settings or through your payment account — cancelling stops future renewals. The most recent charge can be refunded if it’s within the 30-day window and the conditions above are met. We don’t generally refund earlier billing periods that have already passed.

How refunds are processed

Payments for Halfsies are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our payment processor and merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

How to request a refund

Email help@halfsies.fun from the address on your account, and include the approximate date and amount of your contribution. We’ll confirm eligibility and process eligible refunds promptly. You may also be able to request a refund directly through the payment receipt Paddle emailed you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where the law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
